Cancellation terms
Vous trouverez, dans le cadre ci-dessous, le montant des frais facturés en cas d'annulation.
Un lien vous permettant d'annuler votre réservation figurera sur votre e-mail de confirmation. Vous pouvez aussi annuler, en ligne, une réservation en retournant à tout moment à la page "Réservation en ligne" et en cliquant sur le lien "Annuler une réservation"; suivre alors les instructions affichées sur votre écran.
Il est conseillé d'annuler aussitôt que possible une fois que la cause de l'annulation est survenue.

Cancellation fees
As soon as booking is made, for a cancellation made more 2 weeks before arrival : 15.00 EUR of cancellation fees. |

2 weeks to 4 days before arrival : the first night, without extras + 15.00 EUR of cancellation fees. |
3 days before arrival : the first night, without extras + 50% of the remaining stay + 15.00 EUR of cancellation fees.

NO SHOW or early departure : Total stay, without extras + 15.00 EUR of cancellation fees.

Rates / Taxes
All rates displayed with VAT inclusive. |
A city tax of 0,75 EUR per adult per day will be collect on your departure.

Check In time / Check Out time
Our accommodation should be ready for you to check in at the time indicated in the table below.
On your departure day, you are required to vacate your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. The non-compliance with this requirement may occur a charge of an extra night.
It is recommended to use the "Additional information" box of the booking form to let us know when you expect to arrive, particularly if it is likely to be late.

Payment and reservation validation
Please find in the box below the advanced payment that will be required from you, to validate and guarantee your reservation.
Payments on this site can only be made by using MASTERCARD or VISA, through our secured Internet pages. Your bank card details will be encrypted through an up to 128 bit SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol. Your bank card details can never be transmitted unencrypted on the world wide web.
The cost of breakfasts and of any extras (bar, telephone, parking, etc...), not explicitly included in the room rate, will be payable during your stay.

Payment and billing currency
To validate your booking, 2 weeks before your arrival, your bank card will be charged the first night without extra (including VAT).
